2016 Finals Weekend #3

The third and final Club Tournament Finals Weekends of the year took place on 17th/18th September.

This time it was the Handicap tournaments which generally brings a wider range of players and as usual there was plenty of exciting tennis on show.

SATURDAY
Handicap Ladies’ Doubles: Bunny & Raji beat Rachel & Katarina 6-0, 6-1
Handicap Men’s Doubles: Graham & Kevin beat Ian & Jeff 6-4, 7-5
Handicap Ladies’ Singles: Esther beat Anda 6-1, 6-2

SUNDAY
Handicap Mixed Doubles: Diane & Kevin beat Raji & Mark 4-6, 6-4, 10-4
Handicap SupervetsDoubles: Janet & Len beat Carole & Mary 7-6, 6-0
Handicap Mens’ Singles: Radek beat Ben 7/6 2/6 10/6

Thanks to all the umpires (Freddie, Paul, Anda & Ben), to Ben once again as the main tournament organiser and President Jill Stanton, on hand as always for presentations and photos.
