Ashford Lawn Tennis Club (ALTC) endeavours to comply fully with the Data Protection Act 1998 and any superseding data protection legislation taking effect including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 in its handling of personal data. We aim to keep your data safely and securely and to use them only for stated purposes.

Where you give us personal data through the website in order for us to provide you with information relating to the tennis club, your data will be used in connection with that enquiry. In some cases we may hold data for use in connection with future contacts you may make with the club or to inform you of upcoming events
We do not sell or give your data to other organisations for marketing purposes. We may use your data to make you aware of membership deals, events and activities at the tennis club. We will offer you the opportunity to decline such future contact.

We may pass some of your data to other organisations if this is required by law, is necessary for the prevention or detection of crime.

In submitting your details by making an enquiry or applying membership at ALTC, you are consenting to your data being held by the membership secretary and access by the committee and coaches to promote activities and events at the club.

If you wish to stop your data being used to contact you about events, coaching and activities please contact the membership secretary.
