Ashford Lawn Tennis Club Coaching Team
 STEPHEN SAVAGE (HEAD COACH)
Steve started playing at fourteen, and has won a number of county titles and national titles. He has played as a full time player on the David Lloyd Squad. Also he has represented his county at senior level. Currently he is playing competitively in the Surrey Leagues and National Club League. Steve has now been a fully qualified coach for over 17 years. He is a LTA CCA (Level 4) Licensed Coach.
Steve is responsible for coaching programme at ALTC. He works with the juniors and adults of all ages and standard at the club.
 KEITH SAVAGE (ASSISTANT COACH)
Keith also started playing at fourteen and played a number of county standard tournaments. He is currently playing competitive tennis in the Surrey League, and National Club League. He has been coaching with the juniors at the club for six years, and is a LTA DCA (Level 3) Coach.
Keith coaches the juniors of all ages at the club.
 RACHEL BANKS (ASSISTANT COACH)
Rachel started playing at Ashford at eleven. In her junior years she was Ashford Junior club champion. Now she is one of the clubs top female players playing in the first team. She is PTR qualified.
Rachel works with the juniors and specialises in the Mini Tennis Level.
Pro Shop
 Steve runs an on site pro shop where he is able to offer professional advice on rackets, shoes, clothing, restrings, and accessories. All the major brands are stocked such as

Restring Service
Restrings start from £15 and are professionally strung on an electronic machine to ensure quality and accuracy throughout the restring by Steve who has 18 years experience. Over 10 different types of strings in stock, so Steve will be able to advise the correct string for your level and style of play.
Also available is the Fully Automatic Dynamic Stringing Test System. This system helps test whether a major tension loss has occurred therefore not allowing you to get the most out of your racket. This service is provided free of charge.
Restrings turned around within 24 hrs (subject to grommet or special string requests not having to be ordered). Rackets needed within a shorter period can be done subject to time available. If Steve is in the office during social and you break a string he will do his best to have your racket strung by the end of social.
