We have nine courts. Three of these are shale courts and six are all-weather courts, all of which are floodlit. The shale courts have automatic underground sprinklers. The courts are open to use by the members seven days a week. The hard courts are designed to accommodate wheelchair users, as is the clubhouse and bar. The clubhouse has full changing facilities, including showers.

The site, which is shared with the other clubs Ashford Table Tennis Club and Ashford Bowls Club, is administered by a management company, W.R. Sports Ltd and the clubhouse has a licensed bar which is open every evening and weekends.

W.R. Sports is part of Ashford Sports Club which is another sports ground in the area, at Short Lane, Stanwell, and that is administered by Short Lane Sports where Ashford Hockey Club and Ashford Cricket Club have their grounds. Members are entitled to use the bar at either site.

The Woodthorpe Road clubhouse can be used for functions (free to members) and refreshments and music can be arranged.

Social membership is also available at the site, offering the opportunity to use the bar and its indoor facilities, i.e. darts, pool, satellite TV and social functions. For further information on this contact the clubhouse on 01784 251255 or view the WR Sports website.
